1. General Conduct

• Players must behave respectfully toward others at all times.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, and targeted abuse are strictly prohibited.
• Character names must be readable and must not contain prohibited, offensive, or abusive words.
• Impersonating Game Masters, staff, or official representatives is not allowed.
• Spamming, flooding chat, or advertising third-party projects or services is forbidden.

2. Respectful Gameplay (Anti-Griefing)

• Spot griefing: intentionally luring or dragging monsters onto another player’s leveling spot and then dropping, resetting, or abandoning them to cause death or disrupt gameplay is prohibited.
• Kill-stealing / mob theft: taking monsters engaged, gathered, or being actively pulled by another player — including interfering with organized mob gathering (mob trains), systematically disrupting pulls, redirecting monsters, or attempting to bypass Anti Kill-Steal protection — is prohibited (skills, positioning, mechanics abuse, or any other methods).
• These rules apply in non-PvP environments and regular field maps where open PvP is not enabled and where the activity is not part of active MVP competition. Random player killing or disruption in peaceful zones is not considered legitimate competition.
• MVP-PvP abuse: using MVP-PvP mechanics to repeatedly kill or harass uninvolved players who are not competing for the MVP is prohibited, especially when done systematically.
• Spawn-point obstruction / portal abuse: In open-world or PvP zones, it is prohibited to use teleportation skills (e.g. Warp) or any other abilities on fixed player spawn points (entry points from another map) — systematically and with the intent to obstruct players from entering the map. This constitutes abuse of teleportation mechanics and deliberate obstruction of access to content. Violations of this rule are subject to the maximum penalty — no warnings are issued; sanctions are applied immediately.
• Systematic disruptive behavior is punishable even if it is not explicitly listed above.

3. Fair Play & Game Integrity

• The use of bots, automation tools, macros, packet editors, memory editors, or any third-party software that interacts with the game client is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is not allowed. Any discovered issue must be reported to the staff as soon as possible.
• No Real-Money Trading (RMT): exchanging in-game items, currency, or services for real-world money, goods, or services is forbidden.
• Manipulating game systems, events, rankings, or the in-game economy in an abusive way is not permitted.

4. Accounts, Security & UID System

• Each account is linked to a unique hardware UID for security and anti-abuse purposes.
• Account sharing is not permitted. You must not give access to your account to other players.
• If you share your account, the other player’s UID may be permanently attached to it. This can:
  • limit access to certain content or events,
  • affect eligibility for rewards or participation,
  • lead to additional security restrictions.
• You are fully responsible for all actions performed on your account, regardless of who is using it.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• All sensitive data, including passwords and authentication tokens, is encrypted and stored securely.
• Game staff will never ask you for your password or direct access to your account.
• Technical and security logs may be collected to detect cheating, protect the service, and improve stability. This data is not shared with third parties.

6. Donations

• Donations are voluntary and are considered support for the project and its development, not a purchase of goods or services.
• All donations are non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution is used to maintain and improve the server infrastructure and content.

7. Enforcement & Administrative Rights

• Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity.
• The administration has the right to make final decisions on any case, based on available evidence and overall impact on the community.
• Attempts to bypass restrictions (ban evasion, UID manipulation, use of VPNs for abuse, etc.) will lead to extended penalties and may affect all related accounts.

8. Final Provisions

• By playing on Newstyle RO, you agree to these rules and to any additional guidelines announced by the staff.
• The administration may update these rules at any time in order to maintain fairness, balance, and security of the project.
